About SICAME GROUP :
My Postion :
Helping the technician team to provide run services, providing guidance (governance), working with tools (Easyvista for ticketing) and adapting them. Beside I'm also managing small build activities like transformation project (ERP) and data control projects.
My Achievements :
Fine tuning ITSM tool (EasyVista) for better use for helpdesk technicians, update of actual wirkOrder forms and workflow, setting up a CHANGE process management (ITIL based), introducing RUn (operation) governance to improve team's efficiency.

P.M.O / Country Manager - AG Solution (Lyon, France)
About AG Solution
AG Solution builds intelligent solutions for the process industry working in building automation systems, process control, data management, operational intelligence, MES/MOM solutions, ICT infra & security.
My Position :
Hired as Team Leader, I oversaw a team of 5 engineers in industrial O.I (OSISOFT PI tool). Further to a strategic realignement, I got assigned to a PMO role at 70% of my time and France country manager for the remaining 30% of my time. I managed on daily base industrial projects under MES and O.I depts (chemical & food clients) together with the management of our two french offices (Lyon & Lille).
My Achievements :
- Been given HR powers together with some finanacial capabilities, I've managed the move of 19 people from the old office to the new (larger) office, taking care of all aspects like rental negociations, furnitures, partner management and I've sat up the CSE as Management representative,
- Managed for a bunch of million Euro worthMES and O.I projects for food industry client with on-time delivery,
- Managed lumpsum project and was part of PMO tool survey (time managmeent, knowledge base, planning management),
- As PMO, created the PMO maturity managment survey and worked out the result tobe used within the actual Company Strategy.

Acting as Service Delivery lead in charge of for a big petroleum company under a global IT landscape Run & Build Program with the below scope & objectives
- Run stream management with the help of Offshore Service Runtime managers
- Local IT governance (both Run & Build) with client
- Reporting (SLA/KPI) on Network, hosting (open system & mainframe)
- Full ticket management (incident and service request management) together with reporting
My Achievements :
- Governance and Pilotage tools & method management (ITIL/Prince/SigSigma)
- Multi-skills team management (operational, transactional and ground - technical- level)
- Adapted to a multi-time zones / cultural / languages (English, French, Indian colleagues, to name a few)
